'Easy to talk with Host and the stay was nice. The floor does creek a lot in the common areas but not sure if that affects downstairs. The facade of the building looks much better than what it is portrayed in Google Map- that photo was in 2023. We would book again.'

'Location was excellent. Within a 10 minute walk you can find everything. Room was nice. They had drinks, coffee and snacks already available at no extra charge. I had my dogs with me and the host made us very comfortable having them there and showed genuine concern with their anxities. ( They didn't like the fireworks going off at Tiger game.) Definitely is an animal lover and we were very appreciative of that. We felt very safe even at night with the security and police presence all around. I...

'it was easy to get a urber and also i had urber eats come after 10pm and it took only 20 mins....everything was as stated....however, the floors were very wet...we came at ck in ...so hey we know it was cleaned...but it was a good stay...owe, sugar need sugar..lol...will stay again...very safe building.....'

'I was a little skeptical when I heard it was in the basement. And the houses behind it are slightly unkept. But the unit was super clean, the building was decent and all correspondence with the host was excellent.'

'The property matched the pictures. It is however a small space. Not in a bad way but just know it is tight for any more than 3 guests. Perfect for a couple. Easy access to all the sports venues. Great coffee. The hallway floor needs a repair. We would come back.'

'This condo is in an amazing location - easy access to all sights in Detroit. Wonderful neighborhood, lots of great restaurants and cafes. Walkable to the stadium and easy parking nearby. The apartment is a little on the tired side. Needs some TLC - carpets, furniture. There were only 3 coffee cups for 4 of us etc. The view from the condo was great but the windows on the inside were filthy. If these things are taken care of - definitely a 5 star and reasonably priced!'
