'Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad.

'The lobby bar was great Jordy and Isseal were great they made me their specialties. Make sure to ask Isseal for the pappasito drink. My swim out room was great.'

'Hi, almost everything was closed before midnight weekend. When we arrived to the room, the mini bar was empty and they charged it the next day! The food wasn’t good! Overall all this was an OK experience for us!'

'The Nickelodeon Hotel needs more characters and interactive activities to make the experience more exciting and fun for children. Kids come expecting to see their favorite Nickelodeon characters, so having more character appearances, meet-and-greets, and entertainment throughout the day would make the stay much more memorable and worth the price.'

'would advise caution before booking this resort. Although the property looks attractive and initially creates a positive impression, our overall experience was disappointing. The main issues concerned hygiene, food quality, maintenance, and customer service. The buffet restaurant often lacked cleanliness, with dirty plates, animals roaming around the dining area, and food that was frequently served at incorrect temperatures or appeared stale. This was well below the standard we expected from a...

'Most of the rooms are about a 20-minute walk from the lobby. There are a few golf carts that are supposed to take you there, but we still found ourselves waiting more than 10 minutes most of the time. The food was good on most days. The staff wasn’t very helpful. If you don’t specifically ask for help, you probably won’t get any. This applies to everything from getting your luggage to your room (they left ours at the lobby for hours) to getting directions to the gym (which is actually closed,...

'I recently stayed at El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday, and I want to give a special shoutout to our amazing Guest Service Specialist, Carlos! From start to finish, Carlos went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, stress-free, and memorable. He assisted with dinner reservations for my mom’s birthday, arranged a birthday cake to make her celebration extra special, and helped coordinate additional dining reservations throughout our stay. He also...
