'This is NOT AN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT. The first none inclusive resort I have been to. They have maybe ten a la carte but you can only use two, all the others are at an “extra cost”. The use of certain pools and bars, are all extra cost. There are absolutely no lawn chairs on the beach for regular users, but there are just a very few for extra cost! You have to use your towel. 'Upon arrival they wanted an extra $600 for my 13 year old son even though I had already paid full adult price for him as required. They called the head office in Panama and everything was fine - 45 minutes later. We were traveling with another couple with a 13 year old and they had no issues with check in. 'Our stay at Grand Oasis Palm was extremely disappointing, especially traveling with young children (ages 5 and 3). The rooms were very run down and not well maintained.
