'The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!'

'Great location and value. I appreciated the newness of the hotel and nice decor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not appreciate having to pay extra for parking at a location nowhere near downtown. It was stated that it was for the security hired to monitor the parking lot. Has the general safety of Nashville so degraded that this was necessary? We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again, the parking issue was just a surprise to me.'

'A class of its own, miles above the standard hotel in all ways. The staff is exceptional, attentive, engaging, never coming across as just doing a job, but seemingly interacting proactively with guests. A whole new higher standard of service altogether. Rooms tastefully appointed with useful and functional equipment, with attention to detail.'

'it is a great motel for an overnight stay on the road it is clean and includes breakfast it is not in the centre of Franklin but outside of it there is a waffle house next door and a mc donalds across the street and more places to eat nearby.'

'The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke.'

'Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight.'

'Somewhat difficult to find, but friendly front desk in large lobby. Clean, well maintained and quiet rooms with excellent lighting. Hot breakfast above average. Excellent value.'
