'when we arrived to check in on Saturday at 6 pm someone was still living in apartment, we were told it would take two hours more to get in, was not acceptable after driving 18 hours to get there,had to fine new accommodations,talk to owner and was told we would get full refund, will be waiting for it, if not you will hearing from our lawyer'

'The little cottage was very clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay again. For us there weren't any paper products except TP. Tissues or paper towels would have been welcome. Also, the bed is quite soft, but it just added to the snuggles. '
