'The views of the gulf cannot be beat from this unit. Easy check in. There are books and games and brochures of local things to check out. Kitchen well equipped. I would update some of the towels and linens/bedding just to be a little more modern and plush but nothing wrong with what’s there. Just a recommendation. AC worked great, loved the beach chairs available. Balcony furniture was great to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine while looking over the emerald water. Would definitely stay...

'We had a fantastic time at this well maintained and beautifully decorated beach house. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows (for those who sleep with more than one). Well stocked home provided everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to beach access. The golf carts and bikes make it easy to get around town. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Gorgeous condo and resort! This condo was spotlessly cleaned, beautifully decorated and we loved the location! Only negative was porch looked out over parking lot but still a lovely porch! This resort is hands down a 5 star but we were disappointed that the pool located in the Luau didn't have it's heater on when we arrived. It was turned on about a week into our stay. I would assume it would have been on all through the winter months. Hands down would stay here again! We loved it!'

'My family spent time at this home during the week between Christmas and New Years. We had a fantastic experience. The home was beautiful, furnished well and so peaceful and quiet. The location within Sandestin resort provided easy and beautiful beach access, numerous dining and shopping options, and activities for the kids to do in nearby Baytowne Warf. 'The location of this property is great and to have a golf cart with bikes really helped our big group. The only downfall were the things that needed to be fixed around the house. We travel and stay at a lot of properties and this one needs a little work. Other than that we had a great time. The Beachwalk Property did step up when we had an issue with the air conditioner, they had someone out to fix within about 2 hours and it did get fixed.'

'Nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, located on the second floor. Very well maintained. The beach is approximately 10 minutes walk, many swimming pools and activities to do on site such as fishing, golf and biking. Unfortunately the internal parking lot is not big enough and when leaving at night I had to park outside about 5 minutes from the building. The area is very safe.
