'This has been our favorite VRBO we have ever stayed at. The property is ran by Roberta and Mario, who live above this converted basement. The room was clean, and there is a pull-out sofa in addition to a large (and comfortable!) bed. There are two large full bathrooms as well, with a waterfall shower and a handheld option as well. 'Could do with a complete refurbish. Two rooms had no hot water. Toilet seats missing . Some bathrooms had black mould and needs resealing . Could not cook as cooking equipment dated not even a sharp knife to cut melon. Only three teaspoons . We had seven children . We did not eat in once. The barbecue was dirty dated and not useable. We paid €10 for bedding and towels each person . Most towels ok, two bedrooms had old towels I would use as dog towels. One couple left after one week as they could...

The air conditioning was definitely appreciated as we stayed there the end of July and beginning of August.
