'Pros: The proximity to the beach and to two local coffee shops is unbeatable. The space was clean and quiet which is great for travelers with families. Everything you needed in the kitchen was there. Cons: No bath mats, heater didn't work, no clear parking spot directions, and the toilet seat was broken (I believe it was mentioned that it was broken already in past reviews, which means it still hasn't been fixed).'

'Property has a great location. The place made for a good stay. The bed in the bedroom alone droops in the middle bad like a taco, but the bedding was clean and we slept alright, just woke up smooshed to each other. There was sand all over the coffee table and floor, but maybe that's to be expected that close to the beach. It rained pretty hard while we were there and the bedroom with 2 beds in it got some water in it, not sure how, the windows were closed. Over place made for a good quick...

'Our family of 4 adults enjoyed the great view from the patio and the beds were comfortable Our sunset walks down Ocean View were a treat. We did not rent a car and were able to Uber everywhere that we wanted to go. We ordered groceries several times through a delivery service. Patio doors and blinds could have definitely used an update but other than that the place was very nice.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this location. Aaron was very attentive to text messages. The bed was comfortable and fans in the room were great! Best part was the view of the water and hearing the ocean at night.'

'The condo was very nice with a beautiful ocean view. The building inside was wheelchair accessible but the entrances were not. This property should not be considered wheelchair accessible unless they install a ramp for entry. Would love to come back but unfortunately not willing to deal with having to get my wheelchair dependent husband up two steps to get in.'

'Travelled as a family of 3, including a 5 year old. House is perfectly located between the Bay and the Beach, with some great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. House had everything needed for a day at the beach, including towels, umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. Across the bay is a sport center where we rented paddleboards for the day. Neighborhood is quiet and feels quite safe. Hosts were responsive whenever needed. As mentioned in the description, parking might be tight...

'Location was great- close to the restaurants and activities of mission beach and pacific beach, and easy to access north county and downtown. Great stock of adult bikes, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kids. Kids loved the close proximity to both the bay (calm, less people and wind) and to mission beach.
