'This was our second stay. We'll be back again!!!!'

'Our room smelled like mold, likely because there was a lot of rotting and what looked like mold in the bathroom. The carpets themselves needed to be replaced as they had a musty smell likely from too much moisture or spills. This hotel really needs a lot of work to make it feel inviting. Any fixes that were implemented in our room looked like bad work, with sink faucets being very strangely set up, lots of random cracks and peeling paint throughout as well. I would not recommend anyone staying...

'I am disgusted by the behavior of the general manager who hung up the phone on me. I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me...
