'Our family had a great 6 day stay! Arrived to a surprise of some breakfast essentials, chocolate chip cookies, and beverages. House was immaculate and stocked with every essential we could have possibly needed. Our first night we noticed the grill wasn’t in good shape and we were apprehensive to use it. 'We had a great time with all the outdoor activities but also having that feeling of knowing you’re coming back to a clean and beautiful, new-like “home” to clean up/ freshen up and relax and recharge and keep going. Loved the brook and its sounds right next to the property, loved opening those windows to hear it. It’s a 10 for me.'

'My son was getting at married at StoneBridge Country Club and we needed a house for out of town guests. This property was perfect! Close to the venue and big enough for several guests. Frank was always quick to respond to any questions I had.'

'Great place to stay! Very cozy & comfortable with a creative flair to the decor. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to general store and nearby wilmington. We especially enjoyed the hot tub with lake views!! Our only recommendation would be to keep a path around the firepit down to the dock mowed/trimmed. 'Two generations of us stayed at the house while our grandsons stayed at Camp Spofford. The location was so convenient for us to attend activities at the camp with only a 10 minute drive. The house was plenty spacious for the four of us. It would easily accommodate six. There is only one bathroom, but that presented no problem for us. The house is clean, quiet, and the beds were comfy. we would stay here again. '

'The property did not indicate this was a top floor condo. I have mobility issues and this was a real problem. There were several hairs on the bed sheets. I contacted the manager and he never responded. Washed everything myself including the mattress pad which had flakey debris on it, because we couldn’t just leave and lose our . Plus all our heavy luggage was painstakingly brought upstairs at this point. After a 5 night stay we still never heard from the Manager. This is not acceptable. ...
