'Pool has mattresses in it. Not making that up. TVs are from 2010. Out dated. '

'There were so many kids yelling and running through the halls. On boy crank called our room twice. In the morning the pool was unavailable. The kids were loud pretty late.'

'We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.'

I did not like how we had to switch rooms due the carpets being re done and then getting transferred into a room over looking a parking lot instead of the beautiful river, which would have been nice giving that was my first rooms view and they couldn't make an expectation for me. moving almost an entire weeks worth of stuff to another floor.
