"Apn arrival and un packing found the refrigerator was not working. Made the call and Andrew was there in 10 minutes and assessed the problem (coil was covered in ice) so he had replaced the fridge in less that 15 minute"

"It was a fine hotel. But it didn’t measure up to the glowing reviews I read beforehand. It was newer, so that was nice. I want impressed with the TV in the room.
