'Staff was friendly, seamless checkin, loved my capsule (1 in 6 bed). There is no elevator but I lucked out not having to climb the stairs. Bring in the capsule took getting used to (5 ft 5) not too narrow like twin bed size. It was convenient to the subway station but note C & B trains do not run late (B) not on weekends which I didn’t realize.

'I love this place. 2nd time staying here. Very clean and in a great location. Very close to many hot spots on the city. The price is great for what you get. The bathrooms are shared, but I never had to wait to use it. I will say that there is no elevators in the building, so if you are not staying on the first floor you have to use the stairs. 'This hostel is horrible. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. When we went to complain at the lobby, the woman from the welcome desk just casually admitted that they photoshop everything and even just take random pictures from the internet. (positive note: she was very friendly and helpfull).
