'The neighborhood is charming and safe and is an easy walk to every amenity you might want or need - great shopping in downtown Menlo Park and just a stone's throw from the Stanford Shopping Center or downtown Palo Alto. It's all so convenient! The kitchen is very nice and well equipped as are the bathrooms. The house is somewhat spare and could use a little more attention on some of the small stuff but it is a great little private setting and a great value.'
