'This is a very good place for a short stay. It is a bit small and the kitchen is small and does not support cooking meals. The view is somewhat limited butthe ocean is visible from the great windows. The location is excellant. There is plenty to do nearby from a hiking and nature standpoint and there are very good restaurants in nearby Half Moon bay. The host was very resposive.'

'My group of four ladies had a fantastic weekend stay! Clean, orderly lodging. I got the top bunk, very comfy. Weather was on the cool side, we all took full advantage of the hot tub. Charming property, beautiful yard with plants. Loved the ocean view from the top deck. Quick drive to downtown half moon bay. Even faster drive for breakfast at The Pilot Light!'

'We keep coming back because this has become our pup’s favorite staycation spot. He loves the large yard, watching the trails from the windows, and exploring the nearby beach and hiking trails with us.The home is simple, comfortable, and has everything needed for a few days away. During our last stay, the yard had become overgrown with foxtails, which can be dangerous for dogs. The owners responded quickly and sent a gardener, but the clippings were left behind, so we weren’t comfortable letting...

'Pros- The views are amazing! The place was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Cons-I didn’t appreciate the fact that the back patio furniture had to be re-covered each time you finished, it made the patio look ugly. And although the town was walking distance, the hill was very steep and not for the weak.'

Comfortable beds, bedding, and interior climate. Immediate access to the sand and intertidal shoreline. Clifftop benches as coffee spots and sunset overlooks. Exactly what we needed and more than we hoped for.'
