The property owner was an angel; she maintained great communication, left beverages and personal hygiene materials in the apartment, and was mindful to turn on the AC before arrival to have an ideal temperature in the apartment. 'The loft is as pictured it was a great space on the main floor however the loft bedroom if you are tall you will struggle. My husband hit head multiple times off the slanted ceiling and you basically need to duck while on the bedroom level. Air conditioning worked and there were a lot of steps and also a gate to get through to arrive at the loft. The location is fantastic and the communication with the host was very prompt just beware of ceiling height on bedroom level. And the bed size was...

'Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was excellent. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Check in communication was made the day before and was good once it was established. Location was excellent and close to the train station, the Ferrari museum and to downtown restaurants and shopping.'

'Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.'

'The host Alberto met us to help us with unloading and parking. He made our check in process extremely smooth when pedestrian zones in Italian cities can feel very overwhelming. The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed. We can only hope to go back!'
