'Elsa's is a wonderful place to stay if you are traveling to Prospect Harbor. It is a quaint building with beautiful rooms. But what made our stay spectacular was Gail. She is absolutely amazing. She gave us lots of great ideas about sites to see during our visit. She makes delicious breakfasts. And she's just so much fun to talk to. We wanted to bring her home with us! We will definitely come back for another stay as soon as possible.'

'This is the best Best Western we've stayed in. We had the family suite and it was spacious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. By far, the most impressive feature of this hotel are the staff. Due to my mistake, we had to transfer to another room for one night. The staff were so helpful in getting us into the room quickly. 'I cannot say enough about this property! From the amazing staff, to the fine details, this is hands down one of my favorite places we’ve stayed…EVER! I loved that gf breakfast was an automatic option. The room was so spacious, and decorated with so much care. Chris, the owner talked to us at breakfast, and is so down to earth.
