Strandhotels in Mount Desert Island

'All four of us loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a sit down, waiter service meal and the food was excellent. The dining area and bar are beautiful. The rooms were clean and well decorated, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked. The indoor parking was a nice bonus. This is a fabulous place. '

'Mooi modern hotel midden in het centrum . Hebben sauna , hot tub en fitness ruimte. De ruimte om het ontbijt te nuttigen is wel heel krap. Genoeg variatie . Kamer is netjes, schoon en modern.'

'I liked my stay at the Bat Harbor Grand Hotel. The room was good and spacious, breakfast was sufficient in choice and the surrounding island is beautiful. Parking super comfortable and free.'

'Great location and very friendly staff. The room was in nice condition and very clean. We did notice a very limited amount of hot water in the shower, we could not both take a shower with hot water in the morning. Breakfast selection is very limited as well. Otherwise it's a great little inn. '

'Our stay was amazing through and through. Everything was very clean, the inn was very cozy and felt like coming home. Juliana was incredibly helpful and her cooking was wonderful! From breakfast, to the 4 o’clock bakings, to the cookies and muffins you could grab to go, we WILL be back because of all that!'
