'The property has potential, but unfortunately cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities were a letdown.The tile floors were visibly dirty and appeared overdue for a proper deep clean. The bedding also raised concerns — the duvet did not feel clean, and the extra blankets stored in the bedroom closets had a strong, unpleasant smell.The second upstairs bedroom is not well suited for guests. 'Apartment only has two rooms (plus the bathroom), so note the bedroom is also the kitchen. The pull out coach bed is okay, but the bar on the middle is unavoidable'
