'Great location and very clean, friendly staff, and room was great with kitchenette and even a washer dryer (not that we needed these things this trip). The only issues we had was the bed was to firm for my liking and no top sheet, and only 1 comfortable chair in the room means one of you have to either sit on the bed or at the dinning table.'

The door lock is loose and the key doesn't fit properly, making it difficult to get into the room. The bed is old and uncomfortable; you roll to one side. It's supposed to be a queen, but it looks more like a double. The shower stall is broken, the caulking is dirty, the window frames are past their prime, the...
