'As this represents our second stay at the Honeymoon Cottage we are already talking another trip to Winhall. Needless to say we enjoy the rustic appeal and location, with close proximity to the AT and Vermont’s Long Trail; close enough to Manchester for dinner; or tours of the Orvis fly rod factory, American Fly Fishing Museum or Hildene'

'This home is perfectly located. So close to Rutland and all the shops and eateries. Communication was easy and very quick. The house was squeaky clean with plenty of space. TV has every channel you can think of. Laundry is included and the laundry soap smells great! My only minor complaints were that the bed was maybe a tiny bit too soft and the neighbors are a little closer than I expected. But neither of those things would deter me from staying here again! '

'My husband and I along with our two adult children and their spouses had a great time at Lake St. Catherine. The house was very comfortable and clean. We brought our kayaks and were able to launch them from the dock area. There were grocery stores and shopping opportunities in nearby towns. Unfortunately, my husband had recent surgery and access to the lake was difficult for him.'

'Absolutely perfect. We have stayed in SO many rentals and this was by far our favorite. The koi pond right next to the house was truly amazing. The dogs were enthralled by the koi fish (and so were we, honestly). The house itself is adorable and very comfortable. Jeremy is a phenomenal host and clearly takes pride in what he does. The chicken coop and area behind the house and pond are also beautiful and fun to wander. Equinox pond is down the street and lye Brook falls hike is a very short...

'Older cottage, but clean and freshened up with paint. Small, but had everything you needed, including fans in every room, books, games, kitchen ware. Beds were not that comfortable for the older folks, fine for the younger ones. Shared access to kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards was a huge plus! 'My husband and I stayed 2 nights here for our 10 year anniversary. We had a family wedding in Manchester VT which was an easy and quick ride from there. I could not have asked for better hosts! The house has the best layout with multiple levels, all with their own deck and bathroom. I am already planning my fall getaway here for at least 3-4 nights.
