'Our family chose the Rio James Waterfront for our summer vacation because we wanted to be somewhere on the water to fish and swim. The river and kayaks made our decision. When we arrived, it was so much more than that. The house is beautiful and clean. It was stocked with everything we could have needed for the week. The property is gorgous. My kids (9 & 12) loved the two springs. We really enjoyed taking the kayaks and canoe up and down the river. We caught so many fish... bluegill, bass, and...
