'Had a fantastic stay here with the family. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy! Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute. Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace. Highly recommend staying here.'

'My family and I stayed for a whole week here and it was amazing they responded to my requests super fast, it was spacious for a family of five. The bus stop is across the street so it was great for travel to the main places like Shibuya. We enjoyed our time there excellent place for a family of five or even for single people '

'Nice spacious modern room with comfortable beds, kitchen, large island, and roomy bathroom containing two sinks and laundry in the heart of Shibuya. Location was fantastic--only minutes from Shibuya crossing and station. We very much appreciated the wonderful customer service both at check-in (personless) and in changing our reservation. The only negative was the shower is quite tiny but was made up by the large, well-lit bathroom. '

'A spacious room/appartment for Japanese standards with everything you could need. There is a supermarket 1 minute away and the train station is 2 minutes away. It makes travelling so easy. I got the information about how to enter the facility and room 24 hours behorehand. Tip: follow the map given by the accomodation. 'Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.'

"Prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed hotel, vlakbij Hibiya line en snel bij meeste andere gebieden. 7-eleven en Family mart vlakbij. Kamer is compact, maar net groot genoeg voor 2 valiezen half open te doen en 2 rugzakken. Massagestoel werd elke dag minstens 1x gebruikt, echt leuke optie. Leuk dat je een pyjama hebt die elke dag wordt opgevouwen of zelfs ververst. 2 flesjes water per dag. Gratis koffie, tandenborstel etc. Enige jammere is geen (coin) laundry. Ze bieden laundry service aan, maar dit dan aan 500 yen per paar sokken, dan koop je er beter nieuwe."

"This was a very fun place to stay in the absolute heart of Shinjuku. Omoide Yokocho is only 3 minutes away, go under the traintracks and cross the street and you're in Kabukicho. We had some worries about sound because you're on a very busy street but aside from the very occasional ambulance (twice in 5 nights) we didn't hear much outside noise. The staff spoke impeccable English and were very friendly. This is the perfect place to stay for first timers who want to fully immerse in the hussle and bussle of one of the busiest places on the planet"
