The temperature dropped to 10 degrees Celsius in the apartment. During the day the temperature did not exceed 17 degrees Celsius. Complaining to the staff had little effect. We were given a small electric heater. Far too small to heat the living room or bedroom. A request for a second heater was not honored. A request for another apartment was...

'An amazing place to stay if you are visiting Milan for a short break. 11 stops on the tube directly from the airport to the hotel. The Tube stop is a 3 minute walk from the hotel location! 15 minute walk to the centre where the cathedral is, and 15 minutes to Navalgi where the night life is. Absolutely perfect. Clean and spacious. Take your own iron though!'
