'The AC kept turning off and on, everything else was wonderful for me.'

'We love this place'

'Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!'

'We loved our stay'

'Great apartment. Clean, spacious, stylish and safe. Great location, easy $8 usd uber to Broadway. Excellent host communication.'

'Great experience- clean and very professional/ easy to communicate with!'

'It was a wonder place to stay & the bed was so comfortable!!'

'Very happy with our stay. Communication was excellent. This is an extremely quiet building. The unit is really cute and well stocked with everything you could need. It was helpful to have laundry in the unit. Would recommend this unit.'

'Excellent stay at this amazing apartment'

'Spacious for 2-3 people. Clean and modern in appearance. Washer and dryer. Free parking. Stocked with essentials. Convenient to areas that we were interested in. Just a small hiccup with entry code. Overall a good stay.'

'Great location, quite neighborhood, the apartment is superb, with everything as described. Coffeehouse and one of the Museums is a short walk . Everything is just a quick Uber ride away'

'The space is nice but for 6 adults, it was a little cramped. I think 4 would be comfortable. The building is older, but generally clean. There is really only one free/for sure parking space, most street parking around is hourly.'

'Parking was not included in price which would have been 50/night more - 150 extra for our stay. Streetside parking was cheap, but maxed @ 10 hours - had to move car in the middle of the night. When called the number provided it answered in spanish - no english and only answering machine. Air conditioning kept going out. When texted, they said they would see if another unit, it was 11 at night. Too many issues for this place.'

'This was my second time to stay in this unit for a reason. Great location, very nice unit in a very nice building. The parking is a significant advantage in this area, easy garage to park and to get in and out of. The host was very good at communication and gave lots of helpful information. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Great location and room. Parking was very tight.'

'We had a small drain issue but they addressed it quickly. Overall, the stay was good. Good location.'
