'The property was double-booked. I didn't even know that was possible. When we arrived at the property, it was 10:30 pm and I'd just driven 7 hours with my two kids. The provided door code didn't work, someone that lives in the building finally let us in after 20 minutes of attempts and multiple unanswered calls to the host... we went upstairs where the second door code failed, only to learn upon knocking, that there was already someone in our unit! 'It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all.'

'Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service '
