One of the cleaner actually helped me to fold my clothes, it’s my first encounter with such detailed cleaning, I gave her a tip for such amazing initiative .I didn’t like the breakfast buffet it is disappointing. 'This place is amazing,the staff is super nice ,Any question you have ,they are there for you .Everyone is smiling ,the security guy helped us with 2 big suitcases .The free breakfast is quite decent ,they have some crossaint ,fresh fruits ,mainly Chinese breakfast and Brunchies ,but they are delicious ,they have coffee ,expresso and so on . No place we stayed have washer and dryer ,but they do.It made is so much easier for us ,there are lots of mountains near west lake ,we washed our cloth...

On my room some of the pillows had an unpleasant smell, they should be renewed or washed.
Overall i would certainly recommend this hotel.'

'The pictures on the sight make it seem a little nicer than it is. People are living in a lot of the rooms so we got given one of the double-decker bed apartments at the end of a corridor. The view was brilliant but the room was pretty grubby and dated. There was a couple of cockroaches but it's usual for the area. Overall it is definitely as good as what you pay for mainly because of its great location.'
