Nakafurano is located between Furano and Biei, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing.
Asahikawa is only an hour away and can be visited on a day trip.

The famous lavender fields of Farm Tomita are located here in Nakafurano.
The best time to see the lavender is in July, but there are also flower fields in the surrounding area that can be enjoyed until autumn.

The Furano and Biei area is large, so a stay of two nights or more is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

The best time to climb mountains is in September when it is cooler!
The owner enjoys mountaineering and will help you with route planning. Please experience the vast Daisetsuzan Mountains, including the Tokachidake mountain range and Asahidake (Mt. Asahidake).

Skiers and snowboarders are welcome to stay for the winter and stay longer!
It is conveniently located 20 minutes by car to Furano ski resort and 30 minutes by car to the Tokachi-dake area where you can also do backcountry skiing.

Many other ski resorts can be accessed within 1-1.5 hours.
(Asahikawa area, Pippu, Sahoro, Tomamu, etc.)

Around Nakafurano Station there are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, post office, etc., and if you go a little further, you can find cute cafes.

In the area where Other Side House is located, the neighbours' houses are far away from each other, so you can spend your time quietly and relax.

All guest facilities are located 2nd floor.
There are two twin rooms, one 3-person room with Living room, and a dining kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery.
There are two washbasins, one toilet, and a shower room with a rain shower.

You will not be staying with other guests.

The owner lives on the 1st floor and is available to help with any questions or problems.

Parking is free, and you can park at least three cars, so groups can meet locally.

Public transport is generally hourly and most tourist facilities are far from the station, so we strongly recommend coming by car.
