'Very poor communication- the use of the door cards is bot explained. We placed a do not disturb when we went out after checking in, but removed it when we arrived. The next day, the room was bot cleaned. I called hotel desk and he said he was the only one on aite, no cleaning crew, and said we mist have placed a do not disturb sign. I told him we did not, his response, the system has the room flagged as “do not disturb.” I told him that was the day before and he said there is nothing he can do...

'It was very challenging in getting the shower head to work. The water just would not cone out of the shower head and there wasn’t any signage to get the shower head to work. Finally after about 35 min we figured out how to unscrew the bottom of the faucet in shower to get shower to come on. It was a really outdated shower system. At least have signage to explain the system. The room was very clean, air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was brought to our room on time. The parfait...

'We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is really luxurious and the facilities are really nice and cosy. We also rented bikes and used the gym, both were excellent. The location is also great and alows you to walk to the many restaurants, shops and wine tasting locations in Yountville. We would definitely stay there again.'

'Wow , I just had such a serene and wonderful time for my birthday. Sheila was amazing at the front desk, actually everyone I encountered at the front desk and throughout the property was beyond amazing . The breakfast was delicious. The sparkling wine upon check in was so refreshing after experiencing the heat . The balcony/ porch with the King Suite was my sanctuary! I will definitely go back to visit !'
