'Wonderful hotel run by an amazing family who make you very welcome. The food is excellent and well worth trying. The rooms are large and comfortable. The decor is fascinating with amazing artwork. Nothing is too much trouble for the team. Whether there for a holiday, mind body and soul retreat or wedding, I cant recommend the Enchanted Manor enough. Its really is a wonderful place. '

We had everything we needed in the room, hair dryer, coffee maker,tea, fridge, bottled water etc. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, John and Francie, who were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious too. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.'

"Me and my colleague stayed at Hunters Lodge for 3 nights in 2 rooms. The furniture is really outdated but it was very clean and the bed was comfy. First the electric switch for my sky light (the only window in the room) was broken and the room was boiling hot. Took a while for someone to come up and take out the ladder to fix it (they had to reset the system). The socket next to my bed didn't work as I wanted to charge my phone during the night. My collegue's shower was half broken. When I got home late in the evening they forgot to refill my milk so I couldn't have a well deserved cup of tea after a long day of work. My collegue's sky light had no blinds so day light flooded her room at 5 in the morning. And when we got downstairs on the first morning it appeared that we hadn't booked breakfast. I thought the whole concept of a B&B was that the second B stands for breakfast. But we had great breakfasts in town, so no harm done but never returning again. "

"Heel erg fijn hotel. Ligging geweldig, parkeren heel goedkoop in garage. Veel winkels en op loopafstand van de Historic Dockyards. Goede restaurants om de hoek.
Twee kleine minpuntjes: ondanks een heerlijke douche, is die wel toe aan een nieuwe kitrand en de bedden zijn aan de smalle kant (maar slapen lekker)."

Een raam openen gaf dan wel weer wat verkeersgeluiden, maar al met al prima voor een weekendje weg om als uitvalsbasis te fungeren om in de omgeving dingen te gaan bekijken. Een kwartier lopen naar het treinstation, maar neem vooral een Bolt taxi: amper duurder en veel sneller!!"
