'Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. '

'Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. The rooms were clean and spacious, beautiful building and friendly staff. Parking is what you would expect in a downtown area but was very easy and the attendant was great.'

'Off-street covered parking was such a perk in the winter. The kitchen had everything you need. The large bedroom was nice, and the place is very clean. The host was very responsive, even at 11:00 p.m. when we contacted them because we forgot to hit a button to unlock the door. It may have to do with the great proximity to one of the best cocktail bars in Lawrenceville! The door lock is easy to use. It's a very quick ride to the stadiums or incline. We will definitely rebook this apartment when...
