'Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. '

'It was a good place to stay. We came for a baseball game as we continue a tour of all the parks. The listing said it slept 8 but there were no sheets/blankets for any of the couches to sleep on. '

'This property was excellent. Lots of upgrades and a really nice space inside. There are two levels with the upper level being a private bedroom (loft type). Kitchen was stocked with what you need to cook and coffee pods and all of the needed dishes and cookware to cook our meals. The area is lovely and has coffee shops, breakfast and burgers/pizza. 'The house was very much what it looked like in the pictures online. The living place downstairs could be switched around a bit to accommodate a television and couch though. Minimal kitchen supplies, need more adult size cups, utensils, etc. enjoyed our stay. If steps aren’t for you, then do not book here, otherwise was very nice. Kids loved the playroom. '
