The house is historical, we got a chance to see the nice woodwork from the hardwood floor and kitchen cabinets. The rooms are spacious, and parking space is very large as well. The check in and check out instructions were very clear. The host really made our trip to New Haven easy and pleasant. '

'We had a wonderful stay at The Elm. It felt like we were the first guests because everything was so new and clean. Our host got right back to us when we had questions about the parking garage. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants. Our only complaint was that space was overly fragrant, if you are sensitive to fragrance you may want to ask before booking. Cheers!'

'Very nice studio. Perfect for my visit to New Haven. It was clean and tidy. Very comfortable and well appointed. Nice to have a little kitchenette. The furniture was in very good condition. There were more than enough towels! The host gave accurate and clear directives for check-in and parking. When I was all thumbs with the key pad, he was available to help. The location is excellent — close to downtown — and having an allocated parking spot is very convenient if you have a car. Overall, a very nice place to stay.'
