'Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions and amenities. The only issue we encountered was that the elevator was out of service due to maintenance during our stay. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this in advance. 'This apartment is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! The bed was the best and I took pics of the tags to try to buy one for home. It has an awesome view of the park and makes for a great exercise area for walking. Stayed here for a few weeks and having the ability to cook and do laundry was really helpful. The host left dishwasher soap, laundry pods and miscellaneous sundries for the bathroom, which I found very helpful. I felt it was priced appropriately for the apartment and location. I...

'Check in automated, but the key box was broken and it took me 30 on the phone with IT to get the keys. When I entered the apartment a water leak in the city had destroyed a chunk of the ceiling and there was a mess of drywall and dirty water on the floor. The firm tried to relocate me an hour away before promising to clean up and repair the problem while I was out, but maintenance never arrived. We had to book a hotel nearby. These people are incompetent'

To the point of many groups of them standing on each corner clearly making it clear through shouting out “ bloods 4 life” when we told the host how incredibly unsafe this area was we were told the gang members were dressed up the same colors due to the holiday.
