'The property was clean and served its purpose. However, the room was too small for a kitchen. There was no sitting area, and only one nightstand. We could have used 2 chairs. Also, we were given pods for the coffee maker but only 2 coffee and the rest were tea. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Bring your own.'

'The hotel is so quaint and just beautiful. The staff was exceptional in making sure we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delightful each day. This boutique hotel is in a great location of Newburyport making it so easy to walk the town to shops, restaurants, ice cream, and the waterfront.Hope to visit again soon!'

'Great spot to stay in Newburyport. Walkable to all downtown restaurants and the Clipper rail trail. Quiet room itself, kinda like an “efficiency” apartment. Everything was clean and up to date. The pictures are accurate. Parking is limited and tight - I was lucky to park each night, but it’s close to overnight parking should you need it.'

'It was a perfect location , clean and nice little kitchen . Unfortunately the bathroom smelled like smelly armpits, the closet had only one hanger , there wasn’t a can opener or dish rack and there was only one dish towel . '

'The Dusk Suite was perfect for our Valentines overnight. The hosts were very responsive and provided easy instructions to follow. Best location with easy walk to Main Street. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the location in the building very quiet. We did bring our dog and it was convenient and easy. The only wish would be to know the dog fee upfront and which units allowed dogs prior to reserving the room. Also parking is very difficult. Found plenty of...

'This is an authentic cottage with all the amenities you might need for a great weekend stay near Plum Island. The host was responsive and timely in messaging and made us feel welcome. All the necessary items were there and we really liked the cozy beach vibe and skylights that made the main area bright. E would definitely love to return and stay longer. '
