'For our family vacation this home was truly a beautiful place to stay and unplug from the busyness of this world. Staci and her family have made this home so welcoming. The family time spent on the deck was priceless! Watching the sun rises, sunsets, and star gazing was medicine for one’s soul. Many precious memories were made during our stay. '

'Great views from this home. Plenty of entertainment with the hot tub, foosball, ping pong table, TV, Internet and fire pit! We had a slight issue with the refrigerator door not closing all the way but we eventually figured out how to use it (it had a broken door flap that we had to manually close) but everything else was perfect. Close enough to all the major attractions such as Linville falls. We will visit again, thank you!'

'Great property, enjoyed reunion at Lees McRae. One neighbor does get up at 5 am for work, asked for quiet time on Wednesday. Went over and met him on Thursday. No problems afterwards. Very nice, just gets up early.We went indoors around 10 pm.Great house for 14 people. '

'The place was amazing and clean. The view from the patio is just like the photos. One thing we had to get used to was no curtains on any of the windows. "One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room. Maybe, as Europeans, we're not used to the American way of driving everywhere, but to visit a brewery, walking would seem a safer option. Pleasant enough motel but not sure we'd return."
