'Right at the foot of Clifton Hill, it offers a lot of options for families/vacationers. Great views of both falls and the nightly fireworks. The buffet breakfast upgrade was well worth the cost. All of the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating.'

'To start with the best, the view!! We had a falls viewing room and to see the falls from you bed, wow! Then the bad: the mattress covers were not clean. After repeated requests (I think 3 or 4 times) room service finally changed the beds. The first 3 times we were told housekeeping had already left and once I never got an answer but was totally ignored. Respect though for the man of room service that never changed a bed but decided he should help us out, he was the only staff member that...

'White Oaks goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. We loved our two nights and only wish we had allowed more time to stay and enjoy the club and spa. I did get a sauna after walking all over Niagara Falls and it was luscious! '
