'Very clean property and amazing staff. The room felt rustic but very well maintained. There is some noise that could be heard from other guests, but this was expected for the type of property. The property is in a very quiet area with minimal traffic, and some great views a short walk away. Be aware that there is little to no dining or shopping in Queenston, so we had to travel elsewhere for amenities.'

'Beautiful old manor house converted to a small hotel. The property and surroundings are lovely. The location is good especially with the shuttle into the town of NOTL. The rooms are just a little dated. The staff are excellent.'

'Nous avons eu une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite alors que nous n'avions pas besoin de ces accommodations. Puisque c'était une chambre avec cuisinette, les comptoirs et les armoires et très bas et la douche coulait sur le plancher de la salle de bain parce qu'il n'y a pas de seuil à la douche. Il y avait aussi de la moississure dans la douche et une légère odeur d'humidité dans la chambre. Certains équipements de la cuisine étaient brisés. Nous avons apprécié le reste des installations...

'Eenvoudig hotel (zoals de 2 sterren al aangeeft), met name gunstig geprijsd en gelegen voor de Niagara fall and hils, nabij een groot outlet winkelcentrum met ook verschillende eet gelegenheden (let op de keuken bevat geen borden/bestek of kookgelegenheid, behalve magnetron en ijskast). Mini cafetaria voor drinken, verpakte snacks, koffie aanwezig. Was gelegenheid. Met auto goed bereikbaar, ik denk geen openbaar vervoer.'

'We were booked into the accessible room on the first floor. Unfortunately, every time the person in the room above us ran water or flushed the toilet we heard loud noises of running water. This went on the entire time we were there, including four or five times during the night which woke us up. The guest above us was moving around around loudly until at least 2:30 in the morning, They kept dropping things on the floor so as a result, we did not have a good sleep. 'Absolutely beautiful, the only thing that we did not like was how big the outside porch was. We sat out anyways. Also when I wet to iron my dress, I pressed the steam button and rust came out it did ruin my dress. The iron looked new. So who would have known. Everything else was picture perfect. I’m so glad I found this place. Would highly recommend it'
