'Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . Il y a différents espaces de vie où chacun peut trouver un endroit calme et reposant . L’hôte répond dans un délai très rapide a toutes...

'we all loved the property. It was just what we wanted an authentic Italian farmhouse to relax and refresh in. The pool was well maintained by a local who checked in everyday to see that things were Ok. We had everything we needed and would recommend this property if you want to enjoy a slice of real Italy away from crowds and the usual Tourist spots.Fantastic views and a stunning location.'

'The apartment is very nice and conveniently located near the Saint Francis Chapel. If you are driving to Assisi, it is better to park (Saba Giovanni Paolo II) in the public parking lot and walk to the apartment than to try and drive to the apartment. Driving is Assisi is very difficult and almost no parking near the apartment.'

'No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. '

Alles zó net, zó gezellig aangekleed, huiselijk, gerieflijk, ruim genoeg om er met 3 volwassenen te verblijven! Alles aanwezig van gerief zowel in de keuken als in de badkamer! Ook wasmachine! 'Wij verbleven met ons gezin van 9 personen in dit geweldige huis. We waren de eerste huurders en op wat kleine aandachtspunten na was het een fantastisch verblijf. 360° view was spectaculair. Een heel fijn zwembad, goede slaapkamers en badkamers, en goede bereikbaarheid. Perfecte begeleiding van Frediano/MoviMondo! Voor herhaling vatbaar!'

"Goed gelegen tov Perugia. Mogelijkheid met openbaar vervoer Gubio te bezoeken. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Engelse goed machtig! Rooftopzwembad te klein en te warm. Te weinig ligbedden en geen schaduw. Ontbijt perfect. Gescheurde gordijnen in kamer. Conclusie totaal geen 4 sterren waard. "
