'The BEST place to stay in Akasaka if you want to feel like you’re living there and immersed. Can’t say enough about the Staff! They take care of you above and beyond for all your needs. They are super friendly, super helpful, and so sincere in everything they do for you. Really convenient locations convenience, stores and drug stores are right across the street. Terrific breakfast places, coffee, shops, local eateries all within walking distance. The Mall and Gym are down the street as well....
'We had a most wonderful time at the aoyama grand. The rooms and service were 5-star. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to find restaurants, holding our bags after check out and ordering a taxi for us. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!'
'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake.
The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. On walking distance to the more busy Roppongi. '

'This is the right place to stay if you are looking for exploring Tokyo from morning to night. The location is great as is in the middle of the city and easy to commute to all popular areas. I would recommend it for couples as the design is modern and luxurious. Also good for families because of the variety of room options and views. Everything is fantastic.'
