I realize it’s their home, but maybe don’t be loudly talking and moving furniture (or at least that’s what it sounded like) at 3am (not exaggerating—lasted for an hour or so) when you know there are people downstairs. 'Great home base for a 3-night trip to Colorado Springs. Amazing view & adorable bunnies hopping around. Clean hot tub, perfect for relaxation after hiking. Comfortable bed.
