'Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.'

'The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. I arrived to the hotel and the check in process was easy. Once arriving I attempted to use my key to access the room and it did not work. I was approached in the parking lot by a man with a backpack trying to sell touchscreen laptops, which was uncomfortable and felt unsafe. It states online and is posted in the lobby that there are no pets allowed, however, upon entry to the lobby there was a cat laying on the floor, a gentleman that...

'The carpet had a few stains and there was one stain on the bed spread. Each bed only had one pillow, which was not the best quality. There were only a few items avaliable for breakfast.'
