'Our host was great. After a snowstorm, Theresa sent someone over to shovel the driveway so we could get out. I appreciated that so much. She was very attentive to any questions and responded very quickly. We were in the area during a very cold spell, but the house was very cozy and comfortable.'

'Property was nice and spacious. Just what we needed after a long day at the ballfield. Had a situation occur in the middle of the night, and Eli was quick to respond and address the situation. Will definitely keep this place in mind if we come back to Dayton for another tournament. '

'The place was very comfortable. We had an absolutely lovely time there. A nice walk to the downtown area for dinner. And then walk down for some shopping afterwards the next day. The host was so accommodating and friendly and helpful. And after we left, we drove over to Clifton Gorge and hiked around a bit.'

'Nice clean home. Never talked to any staff but emails were efficient and effective. House number is difficult to see from the street especially in the evening but they cleared the snow from the driveway and made a path to the porch. '

'The space was really cool! The decor was amazing and everything was as described in the listing. There was a slight smell upon walking into the house, but it only was noticeable in the kitchen. Certainly not strong enough of an odor to not stay there, just an observation. This still gets five stars.'
