'The breakfast and service were great. The house and rooms were clean.I would have liked more than one bottle of water per person for a two night stay. The hot tea,coffee and cookies were nice but there weren’t mugs to use.'

'Prachtig complex in zeer goede staat. Ik heb bijzonder genoten van het heerlijke terras aan een prachtige, ruim aangelegde achtertuin. De kamer was zeer ruim. De gashaard op de kamer komt mij over als geheel overbodig, maar misschien is dat in de winter anders. Het stadje Galena is een fraaie bezienswaardigheid.'

'Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. The pool had an issue and was closed--which is not totally their fault but it was a huge reason we stayed there with our two...

'It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. The staff was welcoming and accomodating. The only thing I didn't like was the cafe food (past the bar and breakfast resturant). The...
