'I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine'

'I had a good stay overall. Michelle at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely kept.. The only things I would suggest improving are the bedding and the breakfast area. I would have preferred more than just a sheet to sleep with, as an extra blanket or comforter would have been much more comfortable. Also, the floor in the breakfast area was very sticky.
