'I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine'

'I had a good stay overall. Michelle at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely kept.. The only things I would suggest improving are the bedding and the breakfast area. I would have preferred more than just a sheet to sleep with, as an extra blanket or comforter would have been much more comfortable. Also, the floor in the breakfast area was very sticky. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...
