'The property sits at the end of an average older neighborhood with some nice, decent and run down homes. The driveway is extremely steep with step running between the concrete so you can park on the street and walk up if you don't want to risk damage to your car. The yards surrounding the vrbo are overgrown and not maintained so you'll feel like you're in a poor part of town. The unit itself in downstairs from another rental on top.
