'Modern appartement in een nieuw gebouw. Mooi onder architectuur vorm gegeven. Haltes van alle metrolijnen dichtbij en ook twee grote stations waaronder het Centraal. Leuke wijk zonder toeristen met goede eetgelegenheden voor correcte prijzen waar eigenlijk alleen italianen komen. Aan de rand van hét nieuwe zakendistrict met nieuwe hoge woontorens (waaronder twee volledig met planten begroeide), kantoren en een nieuw groot stadspark park (in aanleg) naar ontwerp van de Nederlander Piet Oudolf....
