'The hostel seemed newly refurbished as it all looked really crisp and clean. It is located about 10 minutes from a train station and about 50 meters away from a shopping street. Close by, semi-hidden, there are two local bars (Izakaya) filled with locals who welcome foreigners. One is named Minato Pizza (delicious pizza's and food in general) and standing bar Kimura. The standing bar is run by a family. We have spend quite a few evenings here making fun and friends with the locals.'

'This was a great place to stay. Very clean and organized with every appliance needed for long stays. Access to two rail stations and a really short ride to USJ. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little piece and quiet, located just outside the city.'

'The hotel was hard to find. We could not enter the building until another person staying there let us in. We could not find the passcode to unlock the key lock box. I contacted Expedia several times and they did their best to contact the hotel owner. Took about an hour and the hotel staff finally came out and showed me how to enter the code and unlock my keybox. I realise there is a language barrier, but it was very frustrating when we were waiting in the hot lobby trying to contact someone....

'The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11. '

'We stayed for 10days and had huge problems with air conditioning unit. The staff were always quick to respond to my emails, but very inefficient. Out of 10days we had 4 days with proper air conditioning and even with it working the amount of water that was coming out of unit was ridiculous, i sent videos and on the last day they offered a room change and late check out, we were leaving at 0400 so didn’t take the offer of the room change on day 9 of stay. Good points of hotel- breakfast- washing...

'家族旅行での滞在において、広くて快適なホテルでした。チェックインは無人でしたが、事前に送られてきたメールから情報入力を済ませておいたので、すぐにチェックインが出来ました。近くに本館があるようで、困ったら近くのホテルのスタッフがサポートしてくれるようで安心ですね。 ホテルの部屋は一般的なホテルではなく、まるで家に泊まっているかのような広さと便利な設備があり、ベッドの枕元には十分な電源がありました。風呂とトイレも別で、浴室乾燥機能があるのはありがたいですね。子供の服も洗濯してすぐに乾燥できたのはとても便利でした。 近くにはコンビニやマクドナルドもあり、食事には困りませんでした。難波まで少し歩きますが、それまでの商店街がサブカルチャーの店も多く、その店を見るのを楽しみながら歩いているとあっという間でした。 まあ大阪に旅行する際は是非利用したいと思います。'
