The beds were very comfortable (firm in the principle bedroom, slightly softer in the bunk bedroom). Just to know: there’s no dishwasher, so expect to hand wash dishes—not terrible at all. 'This place was the most stocked rental I’ve ever seen! Errin is very responsive and a great host. It’s an older unit that doesn’t have a dishwasher and the yard is not maintained which doesn’t give a great first impression, but don’t let that fool you. It’s darling inside with very very comfortable beds and pillows, it feels clean, and it’s a quiet location that is central to everything. We had great sleep and a great stay here, and would stay here again. '

'A buddy and I needed a place to stay for a weekend of mountain biking with a big group of friends. The location is perfect. Maybe ten minutes from Darling Hill where everyone meets to ride and less than ten minutes from town. There is a trail head on the same dirt road that the property is on, but we didn’t have the opportunity to check that trail out. The house is perfectly set up for a couple of mountain bikers. 'Clean and well located!'

'It was quiet and clean. Yes you could hear footsteps during the day but it's a basement apartment. It was always quiet at night. I only wish the apartment had AC.'

'My family was in town for to tour UVM. Place was nice, clean and just what we needed. The location is close to downtown but maybe not the nicest part of town. Overall, it felt safe and was convenient to walk downtown and to the waterfront. Would stay again. '

'Perfect stay for our family, ski valet, pool/hot tub and onsite restaurant made for such a convenient weekend. Fireplace in room made it a great place to come back to and little kitchenette for coffee and quick breakfast before hitting the slopes was perfect!'
