'Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. 'This property feels more like a wedding and event venue than a motel or a place to spend a relaxing day. The view is absolutely stunning, and the owner (or staff member who assisted us) was very kind and welcoming. The location is also excellent, as it is close to Champlain Centre and only about 8 minutes from the falls, making it very convenient for visitors.
