'We absolutely loved our time on Lake Champlain! The house felt welcoming the moment we walked in — spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. Waking up to those beautiful lake views was pure magic, and having such easy access for our jet ski made every day an adventure. We also had a blast discovering some amazing local restaurants. 'Quiet location. 2 min walk to lake. Narrow beach, primarily large pebble and rocks, as well as entrance to the lake, though with patches of sand. Water shoes highly recommended. Comfortable for small kids to play in/near water. Great place for windsurfing, wing, kite etc.'

'Everything about this place was fantastic! Check in process was easy and the host responded right away when I had a question about where to store our bikes. You are right in the villages so near a grocery store and walking distance to lots of restaurants and activities. We took advantage of swimming in the creek and I highly recommend it.'

'The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is...

'Terrific spot, easy to check in, place was well appointed and neat as a pin. Owners thoughtfully provided condiments for sandwiches/burgers. Comfortable furniture, functioning minisplits cooled the place off quickly. My only complaint was that none of the windows in the TV room/den off the kitchen had screens -- it was a warm weekend and it would have been nice to be able to open those. Otherwise, great place. '
