'The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night so I didn't get to experience everything, but I would stay here again. The area isn't easily walkable, even though there is a shopping mall close by. Only a few feet of sidewalk'

'The room was spotlessly clean and fresh and the front desk personnel were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted us by sight as we came in and out and asked follow up questions to things we'd mentioned earlier. Honestly in some ways it felt more like staying at a bed and breakfast.
Some of the exterior and hallway were pretty dated, but the room is what you're really there for.'

'It was a good stay. the food at breakfast was great! We had to stay overnight due to a wait on a few things so we stayed here and I will continue to book with them. The Crowne is always my go to place to stay when in Columbus mainly because of the food. I traveled with my mom and one year old and we were able to get a crib. Only downside to the crib is there were two mattresses and she was able to climb out onto the beds so we took the one mattress out and we had no other issues from then on. '

Located between rather busy Olentangy River Rd, I315, and Columbus' mayor attraction: the railway. The locomotives' hooting can be heard all over Columbus but it has its charms and after 10 years or so you get used to it. It was not a problem for me."
